Our return policy is 10 days from delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Paper handcrafted goods such as flowers, banners, cannot be returned. Close-Outs are sold as is and cannot be returned.  Other non-returnable items include: miniature blankets, paper mache skeletons and custom and special ordered items.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

Shipping charges are calculated to the best of our ability and ACCORDING TO WEIGHT.  Our preferred shipping method is FedX Ground, they are faster and almost always the same or less expensive than UPS ground. Shipping charges are subject to change after the item is ordered, but before shipping, and NOT without the customer's approval. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless pre-authorized by LatinWorks Co.
